Position: HR Associate (Off Roll)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment requirements for frontline positions across assigned branches.

- Handle complete onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.

- Ensure timely completion and verification of employee documentation.

- Manage HR requirements and manpower planning for 8 branches across Gujarat.

- Coordinate with Branch Managers and business teams for timely closure of vacancies.

- Manage the end-to-end employee recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and other HR-related MIS.

- Support employees and business teams with day-to-day HR requirements.

- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and policies across assigned branches.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization will be an added advantage.

- 14 years of experience in HR, preferably with strong exposure to Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

- Experience in handling frontline hiring will be preferred.

- Candidates should be locally based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
