HR Executive

We are looking for an organised and approachable HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance records and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment: post vacancies, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews and follow up on selections.
• Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, induction and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records, attendance and leave data accurately.
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts team.
• Respond to employee queries and support timely resolution of concerns.
• Communicate company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Coordinate performance reviews, training and employee engagement activities.
• Support applicable statutory compliance and maintain required HR documentation.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel, email and HR documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Apna and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of HR software and payroll processes is an advantage.
