Job Description

Key Responsibilities


✔️ Source Gold Loan customers through field activities and branch walk-ins

✔️ Handle the complete Gold Loan process from lead generation to disbursement

✔️ Assess and evaluate gold as per bank standards

✔️ Explain loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment options

✔️ Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets

✔️ Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and compliance


 Eligibility


✅ 1–6 years of experience in Gold Loan / Banking / NBFC

✅ Knowledge of gold valuation preferred

✅ Strong sales and communication skills

✅ Willingness to work in a target-driven field sales role


Locations available : Bhavnagar, Dahod, Modasa, Nadiad, Gotri Road, Morwa, Surat, Himatnagar, Ahmedabad – Prahlad Nagar, New Ranip, Maninagar.
