Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction
  • Greet guests warmly and answer basic questions about menu items or promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and escalate when necessary.
  • Transaction Management
  • Operate the cash register or POS system to process orders and payments.
  • Handle cash, credit cards, mobile payments, and issue receipts.
  • Ensure accurate cash drawer balancing at the start and end of shifts.
  • Order Coordination
  • Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff.
  • Package takeout orders and ensure accuracy before handing them to customers.
  • Compliance & Cleanliness
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Keep the cashier station clean and organized.
