Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job SummaryDewansh Marketing is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of sales experience and be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities1. Generate Sales Leads

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective customers.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Follow up with clients regularly to maximize business opportunities.

3. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations

• Conduct product/service presentations for potential clients.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and other relevant information.
• Perform product demonstrations when required.

4. Sales Negotiation & Closing

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
• Convert leads into successful sales.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Sales Reporting

• Maintain daily records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Prepare regular sales reports and track performance against targets.
• Share market feedback, customer requirements, and competitor information with management.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in sales/field sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and follow-up processes.
