Job DescriptionWe are hiring energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executives to promote the Helllo App among local businesses. This is a field-based position involving daily market visits, lead generation, app demonstrations, customer follow-ups, and vendor onboarding.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit shops, offices and local businesses in assigned areas.
• Explain the features and business benefits of the Helllo App.
• Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups with interested vendors.
• Help users download and understand the Helllo App.
• Register and onboard new vendors.
• Promote subscription plans and convert potential vendors into paid customers.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Submit daily and monthly performance reports.
• Build professional relationships with local business owners.
• Achieve assigned visit, download and vendor-onboarding targets.

Daily Performance Expectations

• Minimum 50 business visits
• Minimum 25 app downloads
• Minimum 1 vendor onboarding
• Timely follow-up with interested leads
• End-of-day activity reporting
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
• Fresher or up to 3 years of field-sales experience
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications
• Comfortable with daily field work and local travel
• Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
• Candidates with experience in field sales, business development, merchant acquisition, fintech, telecom or digital marketing will be preferred
