Job Description
Job Purpose
To drive sales growth of Iron & Steel Tubes & Pipes by developing new business, managing key accounts, and expanding market share while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for segment.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s brand.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of steel industry
- Proven sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
