Society Marketing Executive / Brand Promoter

Work Location: Residential societies in Ahmedabad
About WearCare
WearCare is a modern doorstep garment-care service providing ironing, laundry, dry cleaning, shoe cleaning, blanket cleaning and related services.
We are looking for confident and friendly Society Marketing Executives / Brand Promoters who can represent WearCare at residential societies and help residents understand and try our services.
Job Responsibilities
• Represent WearCare at residential society promotional stalls/standees
• Approach residents politely and explain WearCare services and current offers
• Explain doorstep pickup & delivery, ironing, laundry, dry cleaning, shoe cleaning, etc.
• Help interested customers scan the QR code and register through WhatsApp
• Help customers book their first trial order
• Distribute pamphlets/rate cards when required
• Answer basic customer questions regarding pricing, pickup, delivery and service
• Maintain details of customer enquiries and confirmed orders
• Share a simple daily report of enquiries and bookings
Who Can Apply?
We are looking for someone who:
• Has good communication skills
• Is confident speaking with new people
• Can speak Gujarati and Hindi fluently
• Basic English is sufficient
• Is comfortable using WhatsApp
• Has a polite, friendly and presentable personality
• Is comfortable working inside residential societies
• Can work during evening hours and/or weekends
• Can travel locally within Ahmedabad
Previous experience in field marketing, brand promotion, exhibitions, kiosks, events, customer acquisition, telecom, banking/credit-card promotions or society marketing is preferred, but not compulsory.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Important
This is a field marketing role, not an office job.
You will be interacting directly with residents at WearCare promotional setups inside residential societies.
We are looking for energetic candidates who are comfortable initiating conversations, explaining the service clearly and helping interested residents register for their first order.
