Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales follow-ups.
  • Manage inventory, stock records, and material inward/outward entries.
  • Prepare customer orders and coordinate packing and dispatch.
  • Coordinate with courier and transport agencies.
  • Maintain purchase, sales, and dispatch documentation.
  • Support daily sales and store operations.

Required Skills:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, and billing).
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy and timely dispatch.
  • Experience in industrial electronics or electrical products will be preferred.
