🎯 JOB SUMMARY

Sonameeta Ventures LLP is looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist the Manager in complete Sales Order execution, from order receipt to dispatch. The role involves customer support, order tracking, internal coordination, payment follow-ups, record keeping and MIS reporting. Candidates with experience in Customer Support, Sales Coordination, Order Processing or Manufacturing Sales Support will be preferred.

• 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle Sales Orders/POs and coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Stores, Dispatch & Logistics teams.
• Track order status, production progress, dispatch and delivery.
• Handle customer queries related to new orders, delivery, transport, dispatch status, payments and pending orders.
• Coordinate with Accounts for payment and outstanding follow-ups when required.
• Maintain accurate records of Sales Orders, dispatches, pending orders, customer queries and follow-ups.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports covering Sales Order vs. Dispatch and Pending Order Status for Manager/Director review.
• Escalate critical customer issues, delays, quality complaints and other concerns to the Manager.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
• Assist the Manager in smooth and timely execution of customer orders from receipt to dispatch.
• ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Female Graduate candidate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• BBA/MBA Marketing candidates preferred.
• Experience in customer support, sales coordination, order processing or manufacturing sales support preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Email and ERP.
• Candidates comfortable communicating in English, Hindi and Gujarati will be preferred.
• 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
