Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Lead Generator to support our US IT Recruitment and Staffing Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities within the US market by researching potential clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, internet research, and lead-generation tools, and should have a strong interest in building a career in US IT Staffing and Business Development. Key Responsibilities  Generate qualified leads for US IT staffing and recruitment services.  Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and follow-ups.  Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and decision-makers.  Use LinkedIn, Google, company websites, business directories, and lead-generation platforms to identify prospects.  Qualify prospects based on company size, hiring activity, technology requirements, and staffing needs.  Maintain accurate lead information and communication history in the CRM.  Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into qualified opportunities.  Coordinate with US IT recruiters and Business Development Managers regarding client requirements.  Track daily activities, calls, emails, leads generated, meetings scheduled, and conversions.  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.  Continuously identify new methods and channels for generating US IT staffing leads.
