Job Description

Retail Counter Sales Representative – Short Job DescriptionPurpose:

Assist customers in selecting jewellery, deliver excellent service, and achieve sales targets while ensuring product safety and showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers.
  • Showcase and explain jewellery products.
  • Convert enquiries into sales.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Maintain counter display and stock safety.
  • Support billing and delivery process.
  • Follow showroom SOPs and security rules.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
