Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills & subcontractor bills.
  • Handle BOQ, measurements, quantity calculations & reconciliation.
  • Verify site measurements against drawings and BOQ.
  • Prepare Measurement Sheets, Abstract Sheets & billing statements.
  • Track BOQ quantities, deviations and extra items.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants & Clients.
  • Maintain billing and project documentation.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Civil Billing & Quantity Measurement.
  • Good knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing & Rate Analysis.
  • MS Excel is mandatory.
  • AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
  • Experience in EPC / Government / Sewerage Infrastructure projects preferred.
