Job Description

  • Generate new business through online and offline sales activities, including calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, understand client requirements, generate interest, and conduct regular follow-ups.
  • Develop new business opportunities by connecting with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Corporate Offices, Business Owners, Industries, Hotels, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Retail Brands, Banks, and Government organizations.
  • Generate, identify, and qualify project leads based on project requirement, budget, location, timeline, and scope of work.
  • Meet clients personally, understand their requirements, and present Jaiswal Infra Project’s Interior, Civil, and Modular Furniture services.
  • Arrange and coordinate client meetings and site visits with the relevant internal teams.
  • Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Marketing, and Project Teams for BOQ, costing, quotations, proposals, and project closure.
  • Handle quotation follow-ups, commercial discussions, negotiations, and conversion of leads into confirmed projects.
  • Build and maintain a strong local network in Ahmedabad with architects, designers, builders, developers, contractors, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, lead status, follow-up schedules, client database, and sales pipeline.
  • Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, site visit, conversion, and sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
