Job Description

Role Overview

Drive revenue by selling our staffing, recruitment, and payroll services to corporate clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new corporate clients through lead generation and cold outreach.
  • Pitch tailored HR, staffing, and payroll outsourcing solutions to business owners and HR heads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, including client/s meeting if and when required 
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.


Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 6+ months of sales experience (staffing, recruitment, or HR services preferred).
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
