Business Development Executive (Sales & Operation)

Dhyan Chess Academy is one of India's leading online chess academies, founded by Gujarat's first Woman International Master, Dhyani Dave. With a team of 60+ professionals, we serve students across India and over 20 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle prospective client enquiries and explain our chess courses.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Communicate professionally with parents over calls and WhatsApp.
• Manage sales activities, client records, and daily follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and client interactions.
• Support day-to-day sales and operational activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling phone calls and regular follow-ups.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to manage sales targets and operational responsibilities.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Important Note:

A 15-month service agreement is mandatory for this position. Candidates should apply only if they meet the minimum experience requirement and are comfortable committing to the agreed service period.
