Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage data and documentation accurately.
- Key Responsibilities : Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and documents.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, invoices, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and routine correspondence.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
- Track and follow up on pending tasks and requirements.
- Assist the management and operations team with daily activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
