Accountant

Employment Type: Full-time

• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Maintain sales, purchase, cash and bank entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and ledger accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory accounting activities.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams regarding payments and accounts.
• Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting documents and records.
• Assist management with regular financial and accounting requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in B.Com, M.Com, Accounting or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of practical accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.
