Aims Oxygen Private Limited is an industrial and medical gas manufacturing company looking for an experienced Plant / Factory Manager to manage day-to-day plant operations, production activities, manufacturing processes, staff and labour management. The role also involves overseeing production equipment and dispatch operations to ensure smooth plant functioning.

• 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage day-to-day plant and factory operations.
• Oversee production activities and manufacturing processes.
• Manage and supervise production equipment and related operations.
• Coordinate and manage staff and labour at the plant.
• Ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and plant activities.
• Coordinate dispatch operations and ensure timely movement of finished products.
• Support proper coordination between production and dispatch activities.
• Handle overall plant operations and address operational requirements.
• ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Male candidate with a Diploma qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plant, factory or production management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations.
• Experience in staff and labour management.
• Knowledge of production equipment and dispatch operations.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Mechanical Engineering knowledge will be an advantage.
• 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:
• Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000/month
• Salary as per skill and experience
