Job Description

A Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating dispatch and receiving activities, and ensuring smooth logistics and storage management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inward and outward movement of goods
  • Maintain stock records and inventory levels
  • Coordinate loading, unloading, packing, and dispatch
  • Ensure proper storage and material handling
  • Monitor warehouse safety and cleanliness
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
  • Prepare warehouse reports and documentation
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
  • Use ERP/WMS software for inventory tracking
  • Supervise warehouse staff and operations
