Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily dispatch activities between the Sales, Accounts, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing.
* Arrange and book Porter services for retail deliveries and monitor timely dispatch.
* Maintain dispatch records, stock registers, and LR (Lorry Receipt) documentation.
* Ensure proper filing and documentation of logistics-related records.
* Track delivery status and coordinate with transport partners for timely shipments.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve dispatch-related issues.
Requirements:
* Ability to read, write, and communicate in Gujarati and English.
* Good coordination and communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of logistics, dispatch operations, and documentation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintaining records is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
