Experience: 1–4 Years in Travel Sales preferred
Job Description
We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive to handle Domestic & International travel enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare quotations and customized itineraries.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations and sales closing.
- Sell holiday packages, hotels, sightseeing, transfers and other travel services.
- Maintain proper lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team, DMCs and vendors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Requirements1–4 years of experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Package Sales preferred.
- Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Domestic and/or International destinations.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer, CRM and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Hindi & English required; Gujarati is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
