Travel Executive

Responsible for managing complete domestic and international tourism operations and providing end-to-end support to clients for their travel requirements. The role requires strong practical knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, including destination information, travel requirements, hotel options, and transportation arrangements. The candidate should be capable of independently handling domestic and international hotel/resort bookings, flight ticket bookings, and train ticket bookings, along with managing availability, schedules, amendments, cancellations, and other booking-related requirements. The role also involves handling client queries, understanding their travel requirements, preparing suitable travel options, coordinating with hotels, airlines, railway service providers and other travel vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of bookings from the initial enquiry and option sharing to final confirmation, ticketing, documentation, and completion of the client's travel plan. Strong client communication, professional email drafting, follow-up, coordination, and destination knowledge are essential for this role.
