Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
  • Follow up on travel enquiries regularly
  • Understand customers' travel requirements
  • Briefly explain domestic & international tour packages
  • Generate interested/qualified leads for the sales team
  • Follow up through calls and WhatsApp
  • Maintain daily calling and follow-up records
  • Work towards calling, lead and conversion targets

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi
  • Basic English preferred
  • Confident and polite on phone calls
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer usage
  • Sales/telecalling experience preferred
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
