🚨 Vacancy – Service Engineer

📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

RMI – Ravi Malviya Industries is looking for a Service Engineer with strong practical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Machine Installation, Commissioning & Troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of industrial machines at customer sites.
- Mechanical assembly, alignment, fitting, and machine setup.
- Electrical wiring, connections, panel checking, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical machine problems.
- Attend customer service calls and provide technical support.
- Conduct machine trials and ensure proper machine functioning.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex issues.
- Prepare service reports and maintain customer service records.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations within India and overseas when required.
Candidate Requirements :
- Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in industrial machinery/service engineering.
- Good practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience in machine installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Presentable and professional personality.
- Basic to fluent English communication will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and machine installations.
Added Advantage:
Experience with Hydraulic Machines, Rolling Mills, Wire Drawing Machines, Jewellery Machinery, Industrial Machinery, Motors, Gearboxes, Pumps, Sensors and Control Panels will be an advantage.
