Job Description
Service Engineer – Compressor Industry
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma - Mechanical Engineering
Job SummaryResponsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air compressors at customer sites, ensuring smooth machine operation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, testing, and servicing of compressors.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical/pneumatic issues.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely solutions.
- Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
- Provide basic technical guidance to customers.
- Coordinate for spare parts and service requirements.
- Follow company safety and quality standards.
Skills
- Required Good knowledge of Rotary Screw / Reciprocating Compressors.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Willingness to travel.
Preferred Industry: Compressor / Pneumatic / Industrial Machinery or similar industries.
