Job Description
- Handle and manage daily IndiaMART inquiries and leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries through IndiaMART, WhatsApp, email and phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Prepare and share quotations, product details, brochures and technical information.
- Regularly follow up with existing and new leads.
- Maintain proper records of all inquiries, follow-ups and lead status.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Technical Team for customer requirements and quotations.
- Convert potential inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
- Update IndiaMART leads and customer information on a regular basis.
- Monitor pending follow-ups and ensure timely customer communication.
- Prepare daily/weekly lead and follow-up reports.
- Maintain professional communication and good relationships with customers.
