Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our Westside team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
• Provide product information and styling suggestions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Maintain product displays, stock availability, and store cleanliness.
• Support billing, replenishment, and inventory activities as required.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Follow store policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Preferred Experience: Retail sales, fashion, apparel, or counter sales.
• Gender: Male and Female candidates can apply.
• Skills: Good communication, customer service, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Working Conditions:

• Duty Hours: 10 hours per day, as per store schedule.
• Weekly Off: Between Monday and Thursday.
• Festive Season: Candidates must be willing to work during festivals and peak sales periods.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and interview.
• Benefits may include PF, insurance, and medical benefits, as per company policy.

Job Location: Westside stores across Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
