Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding two wheeler and motors insurance.
  • Generate business through new insurance leads and existing customer databases.
  • Follow up with customers for policy renewals, new policies and pending cases.
  • Explain policy coverage, premium, add-ons and other relevant details to customers.
  • Coordinate with customer for required documents and policy inssuance.
  • Maintain regular follow up and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Update daily calling, follow up and sales data in the system/MIS.
  • Provide basic customer support related to motor insurance policies.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, policy issuance and customer requirements.
