Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with joining and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining HR documentation.
  • Support exit formalities and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR-related activities.
  • Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities.
