Job Description
Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with employee joining and onboarding formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
