Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance

- Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime.

- Ensure timely sales invoice and purchase entry processing.

- Perform daily bank reconciliation.

- Maintain accurate customer and vendor ledgers.

- Reconcile inter-company accounts.

- Monitor receivables and payables.

- Coordinate with auditors and Chartered Accountants.

- Prepare monthly financial closing and MIS reports.

Compliance

- GST working and return preparation.

- TDS calculation and compliance.

- Statutory compliance support.

- Maintain proper accounting documentation.

Banking & Cash Flow

- Daily bank reconciliation.

- Cash flow planning and reporting.

- Coordinate with banks for routine financial activities.

- Support loan documentation and disbursement tracking.

Process & Controls

- Develop and maintain strong financial controls.

- Ensure timely accounting of all transactions.

- Improve accounting processes through automation and SOPs.

- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Dispatch, and Operations teams.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reports).

- Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

- Excellent reconciliation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and team coordination skills.
