We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Data Engineer to lead and manage end-to-end Test Data Management (TDM) activities for large-scale Telecom Transformation and Modernization programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS ecosystems, System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E) testing, database validation, API integrations, and test data governance.The role requires a deep understanding of telecom business processes, customer journeys, data relationships, and application integrations across multiple systems. The Test Data Engineer will work closely with Program Managers, Test Leads, Business Analysts, Development Teams, Solution Architects, Application Owners, Environment Teams, and Vendor Partners to ensure timely availability of accurate, reusable, and compliant test data to support SIT execution.The candidate will be responsible for analyzing test data requirements, preparing and provisioning complex datasets, validating backend data, managing cross-application dependencies, maintaining traceability, ensuring test data readiness, supporting environment refresh activities, and driving automation opportunities across the test data lifecycle.This position plays a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted SIT execution, reducing testing delays caused by data unavailability, improving test coverage, and enabling successful validation of end-to-end telecom business processes across multiple integrated applications and technologies.Job role
