Role Summary

Responsible for planning and executing the marketing communication strategy to strengthen the L&T Valves brand, enhance customer engagement, and ensure consistent communication across all internal and external channels.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement brand and marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives. 
• Ensure consistent application of L&T brand guidelines across all marketing and communication materials. 
• Plan and execute advertising, digital marketing, social media, website, SEO, and promotional campaigns. 
• Develop marketing content including brochures, newsletters, videos, case studies, presentations, and other communication collateral. 
• Manage customer and internal communications through newsletters, email campaigns, and corporate announcements. 
• Organize branding and communication support for exhibitions, customer events, sales conferences, and corporate events. 
• Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, creative partners, and other external stakeholders. 
• Manage the Marketing Communications budget and monitor campaign effectiveness through analytics and ROI. 
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support branding and communication initiatives. 
• Monitor media coverage, maintain marketing MIS, and provide periodic reports to management. 
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing communication activities. 
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and digital presence.
