Shift Timing9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle

• New Product Development (NPD) quality activities from development to production.
• Manage day-to-day Quality Assurance activities and ensure product and process quality.
• Monitor quality parameters and ensure compliance with defined standards and procedures.
• Handle customer interactions related to quality requirements, inspections, and product issues.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints through proper investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality-related reports, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Ensure proper implementation of quality procedures and standards.
• Support internal, customer, and external audits.
• Maintain and follow IATF 16949 requirements and quality management system procedures.
• Support continuous improvement activities to reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
• Required Skills & Qualifications10–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the automotive/manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements.
• Practical experience in NPD quality activities.
• Experience in customer handling and customer complaint resolution.
• Knowledge of 8D, RCA, CAPA, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Engineering, and other departments.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
