Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and/or equivalent ETL tool.
• Analyze source systems and translate business requirements into technical ETL specifications.
• Build and maintain complex mappings, workflows, sessions, reusable transformations, and parameterized jobs.
• Develop data movement and transformation solutions for enterprise data warehouse initiatives.
• Implement data quality, validation, reconciliation, and auditing frameworks.
• Optimize ETL performance through workflow tuning, partitioning, pushdown optimization, and SQL tuning.
• Work with large-scale data volumes and ensure efficient data processing.
• Collaborate with database administrators, architects, business analysts, and reporting teams.
• Perform impact analysis and support production deployments.
• Investigate and resolve ETL failures, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity issues.
• Create and maintain technical design documents, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Participate in estimation, planning, and release activities.
Mandatory Skills
