Job Description
Key Responsibilities :- Raw material and packaging inspection; in-process quality checks; checking weight, size, thickness, moisture and appearance; finished product inspection; GMP and hygiene monitoring; maintaining QC records; reporting and segregating non-conforming products
Required Knowledge GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI; basic knowledge of BRCGS will be an added advantage
Key Skills Observation, documentation, basic laboratory testing, communication and problem-solving
