Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions you develop are scalable and meet the unique requirements of the business. Your work contributes directly to enhancing system performance and functionality, supporting the overall objectives of the organization through innovative and efficient software development practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Elastic Stack (ELK).
- Experience with log management and data analysis using Elastic Stack components.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and alerting techniques.
- Ability to integrate Elastic Stack with various data sources and applications.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data ingestion and processing.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Elastic Stack (ELK).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
