Senior Specialist - System Management
Linux administration RHEL Oracle Linux Ubuntu
Install and configure Linux servers
Perform daytoday Linux server administration
Manage users groups permissions and sudo access
Manage filesystems LVM mounts and disk space
Install and manage software packages
Start stop and troubleshoot system services
Monitor CPU memory disk and system performance
Perform Linux OS patching and updates
Troubleshoot server application and connectivity issues
Manage SSH access and basic Linux security
Check and analyze system logs
Configure basic network settings DNS and hostname
Perform server health checks and routine maintenance
Handle incidents service requests and change activities
Maintain system documentation and operational procedures
Coordinate with application database network and security teams when required
Perform backup and restore activities as per operational requirements
Follow standard operating procedures and security guidelines
Virtualization Concepts
Patching and vulnerability management
Shell scripting Ansible automation
Hardening and security
