Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations’ performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong management consulting fundamentals to drive improvement initiatives across the revenue chain in real estate — spanning marketing, pre-sales, sales, and customer loyalty. This role requires someone who can independently structure problems, build business cases, and lead transformation engagements using core consulting skills — problem structuring, data-driven diagnosis, stakeholder management, and executive communication Consulting problem-solving capability to structure ambiguous business issues into clear hypotheses, workplans, and decision-ready analyses using standard frameworks. Proficient in conducting diagnostics through stakeholder interviews, process reviews, and data analysis to identify root causes of revenue, conversion, and retention gaps. Experienced in evaluating end-to-end revenue and sales processes, including lead generation, booking, collections, and leakage points, to design improvement interventions. Able to develop structured business cases, transformation roadmaps, and KPI-driven impact tracking mechanisms to support leadership sign-off and execution. Skilled in assessing marketing, pre-sales, and customer retention processes to improve campaign effectiveness, pipeline quality, conversion, loyalty, and repeat revenue.
