Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of various activities aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a specific business function from start to finish. This includes analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing or redesigning workflows to optimize efficiency. The role also involves defining organizational components related to the function, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives, and collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation and adoption of changes. The practitioner plays a key role in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within the assigned business function.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process gaps and recommend actionable improvements to enhance business function performance.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of business process changes.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design principles related to enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver business function improvements.
- Ability to interpret organizational structures and align process changes accordingly.
- Skilled in problem-solving and providing practical solutions within complex business environments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
