Major Deliverables:

• Brand Strategy: Support the development and execution of brand and key product campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital channels, and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Market Research: Develop a deep understanding of core target consumers through qualitative and quantitative research, and track brand awareness, salience and other key brand health metrics.
• Market Scanning: Monitor market developments, consumer trends and competitor strategies to identify emerging opportunities and inform marketing plans.
• Annual Events: Support the planning and execution of online and on-ground events, conferences and other brand-led properties.
• Business Communication: Conceptualize and develop communication and marketing collaterals for business channels, including B2B segments, Wealth Management and Moneyfy.
• Internal Communication: Develop and execute branding and communication initiatives for internal functions, including HR, Operations and Customer Service.
• Customer Experience & Brand Consistency: Partner with Digital, Product and Customer Experience teams to deliver a consistent, differentiated and cohesive brand experience across customer journeys.
• Innovation & Experimentation: Identify and test emerging media, technologies, platforms and innovative marketing solutions; drive experimentation to evaluate their potential and scale successful initiatives.

Specialized job competencies:

• Ability to think, create and drive unique and clutter-breaking campaign ideas,
• Understanding of Digital Marketing Media Creatives, Media Plan, Lead funnel and Measurement tools Analyze brand performance to determine ROI
• Work closely with the advertising agencies & ensure deliveries which compare with best in the industry in terms of creatives & execution
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors/agencies
• Understanding of financial services and its various customer segments, products and services
