Project Role Description : Provide end-to-end engineering services to help companies reduce their resources footprint and achieve their sustainability targets. Develop technical engineering solutions, conduct feasibility studies, carry out investigations, structural inspections and assessments to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As a Sustainability Engineer, a typical day involves delivering comprehensive engineering services aimed at minimizing resource consumption and supporting organizations in meeting their sustainability goals. This role includes developing innovative technical solutions, performing detailed feasibility analyses, and conducting thorough investigations and structural evaluations. The engineer coordinates and mobilizes necessary resources to successfully execute engineering and construction projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and environmental standards. Collaboration with various stakeholders to address challenges and optimize project outcomes is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into engineering projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical matters.
- Assist in preparing detailed reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Experience in supply chain processes and their integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to analyze and optimize supply chain workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with data management and reporting tools within the Oracle JD Edwards environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges.
- Capability to work with cross-disciplinary teams to implement sustainable supply chain solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
