DhwaniPay is a smart UPI payment voice-alert solution designed to help merchants, retailers, and businesses receive instant voice notifications for digital payments.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Digital Sales / Inside Sales Executives to handle and convert leads generated through our Digital Advertising campaigns.

• Job Responsibilities-Contact and follow up with leads generated through Digital Ads.
• Make timely outbound calls to new and existing leads.
• Understand the customer's business and payment requirements.
• Explain DhwaniPay, its features, benefits, usage, and onboarding process clearly.
• Follow up with interested customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, or other approved communication channels.
• Convert qualified leads into customers.
• Ability to speak confidently and professionally with customers.
• Ability to explain products in simple and easy-to-understand language
• Ability to maintain proper lead status and next-follow-up dates.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel..
• Language Skills Good communication in English.
• Kannada & Hindi preferred.
