Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Basis operations across SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, and related platforms.
• Drive SAP RISE adoption, modernization initiatives, and cloud transformation programs across the global SAP landscape.
• Manage SAP environments hosted on Amazon Web Services, ensuring stability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Lead incident, change, problem, and service request management aligned with Information Technology Infrastructure Library practices.
• Deliver hands-on technical support for platform upgrades, migrations, patching, automation, and operational improvements.
• Oversee SAP integration technologies, interfaces, and connectivity across enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
• Ensure effective resolution of critical production issues through root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Partner with business, technology, finance, procurement, and external vendors to deliver reliable services globally.
• Drive cloud cost optimization, financial transparency, and governance through FinOps and budget management practices.
• Support a global 24x7 operating model, ensuring high service availability and business continuity.

Essential Requirements

• Proven expertise in SAP-Basis administration across SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Business Technology Platform.
• 12+ years’ experience delivering hands-on technical support, upgrades, migrations, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SAP RISE concepts, operating models, and cloud transformation programs.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience managing incidents, changes, problems, and service requests within Information Technology Infrastructure Library frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and external partner teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale SAP environments in complex global production support organizations.
• Willingness to participate in 24x7 operational support and critical incident management activities.

Desirable Requirements

• Deep experience leading SAP RISE migration programs and cloud modernization initiatives.
• SAP, Amazon Web Services, or database certifications with exposure to FinOps and budget management practices.
