Project Role Description : Architect and build custom Artificial Intelligence (AI) infrastructure/hardware solutions. Optimize AI infrastructure/hardware performance, power consumption, cost and scalability of computational stack. Advise on AI infrastructure technology and vendor evaluation, selection and full stack integration.

Good to have skills : Machine Learning Operations

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an AI Infrastructure Architect, a typical day involves designing and constructing tailored Artificial Intelligence infrastructure and hardware solutions that meet organizational needs. This role requires continuous evaluation and enhancement of system performance, power efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring scalability of the computational environment. The position also includes providing expert advice on emerging AI infrastructure technologies, assessing potential vendors, and overseeing the seamless integration of full technology stacks to support advanced AI applications. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with strategic objectives is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of AI infrastructure technologies and vendors to ensure optimal solutions.
- Oversee the integration of AI hardware and software stacks to maintain system coherence and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Machine Learning Services, Machine Learning Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning Operations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based AI infrastructure design and deployment.
- Experience optimizing computational resources for performance and cost efficiency.
- Familiarity with vendor evaluation processes and technology integration strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure challenges in AI environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Google Cloud Machine Learning Services.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
