About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch across multiple e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and marketplace operations, including Amazon, Flipkart, and other leading e-commerce platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Operate and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate order processing for marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, and the company website.
• Monitor order fulfillment SLAs and ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
• Handle marketplace inventory synchronization and prevent stock discrepancies.
• Manage inward and outward logistics and coordinate with courier and logistics partners.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve daily operational targets.
• Ensure proper storage practices and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, dispatches, returns, and warehouse performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, customer support, and operations teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Continuously improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce or D2C environment.
• Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software.
• Hands-on experience managing marketplace operations for Amazon, Flipkart, and other major e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse best practices.
• Experience handling high-volume order fulfillment and returns.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Preferred SkillsExperience with barcode and inventory scanning systems.
• Familiarity with marketplace seller panels and inventory synchronization.
• Knowledge of courier aggregators and shipping platforms.
• Ability to analyze warehouse KPIs and improve operational performance.
• Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, or consumer goods industry is an added advantage.
