Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Document application designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues related to billing processes.
- Ability to customize and enhance SAP modules to align with business requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP and other business systems.
- Competence in analyzing business workflows to optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
