- Manage and resolve unsecured retail portfolios effectively. - Oversee portfolio resolutions ensuring timely recovery and risk mitigation. - Coordinate with retail teams to optimize collection strategies. - Analyze portfolio data to identify trends and improve resolution processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain portfolio health and compliance. - Drive initiatives to reduce non-performing assets in unsecured retail lending. - Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies related to portfolio management. - Support decision-making through detailed reporting and performance tracking. - Facilitate communication between retail operations and risk management teams. - Maintain focus on customer experience while managing delinquent accounts.Job role
