Job Description

  • Manage daily service operations, including installation, repair, maintenance, and breakdown services.
  • Plan and allocate service calls to technicians based on location, priority, and workload.
  • Monitor technician attendance, productivity, performance, and field activities.
  • Ensure timely closure of service calls and achievement of defined TAT.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor repeat complaints and improve service quality.
  • Coordinate with Inventory/Store team for spare parts and service materials.
  • Track pending calls, service performance, and technician productivity.
  • Monitor AMC and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain service records and prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
  • Ensure technicians follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and policies.
  • Coordinate with Customer Support, Sales, Inventory, Accounts, and Management for smooth service operations.
